I could find no way to the document from the homepage of hanser.com but did note that Coach USA are listed as a client on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hanser.com\/clients.htm\" title=\"this page\">this page<\/a>.  I reproduce this FAQ as a webpage <a href=\"http:\/\/loades.net\/megabusblog\/megabus_faq_midwest.html\" title=\"here\">here<\/a>, alternatively the original Word document can be downloaded <a href=\"http:\/\/loades.net\/megabusblog\/megabus_faq_midwest.doc\" title=\"here\">here<\/a>.
