{"id":141,"date":"2007-10-23T09:21:47","date_gmt":"2007-10-23T08:21:47","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2007-10-23T09:21:47","modified_gmt":"2007-10-23T08:21:47","slug":"cctv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/loades.net\/megabusblog\/?p=141","title":{"rendered":"CCTV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just viewed the downloaded CCTV file of my <a href=\"http:\/\/loades.net\/megabusblog\/comments.php?id=134_0_1_0_C\" title=\"accident\">accident<\/a> earlier this month.  It&#8217;s absolutely amazing how much it shows!  Seven cameras all recording simultaneously and in colour (I&#8217;d expected the pictures to be grainy black and white).  When I used the direction indicator this was indicated on the screen by either a left or right arrow and as the brake was applied the word &#8216;BRAKE&#8217; was up on the screen.  The video very clearly shows the taxi pulling out of the side road and at the same moment &#8216;BRAKE&#8217; flashes up on the screen and the forward view shows the bus swerving right.  The side facing camera was directly facing the taxi when I came to a halt and you can see the taxi driver&#8217;s features!  It then  records his putting the taxi into reverse and &#8216;wriggling&#8217; his way around the back of the bus in order to drive off.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just viewed the downloaded CCTV file of my accident earlier this month.
