'another day on the buses'

I’ve spent my time preparing movies for the BlackBerry I wrote about yesterday. The bad news is that the 2GB card didn’t arrive today but I’ve got my fingers crossed that it will come tomorrow. Converting the movies for the BlackBerry has reduced the size of each to between 180 and 210MB. I hope to be able to fit the following movies, all have been coverted for the BlackBerry, onto the card:-

The da Vinci Code *

Ratatouille

In reserve I’m holding Lost in Translation, Hotel Rwanda and Maria Full of Grace. If you’ve not seen Maria Full of Grace you must! It gets my vote for the film of 2006.

* My daughter lives in Milan, where the refrectory with the Last Supper mural is located, and we’re going to visit her next month. The flights were her wedding present to us. I’ve seen the Last Supper before the da Vinci Code was written and you were then able to turn up and just buy a ticket to go inside and view. Now, even though we’re 6 weeks away from the time we’ll be there, she’s not sure she’ll be able to book us ticket!
